Privacy at the gateway

GrizkOps One does not collect passwords, authentication tokens, ticket details or internal document information. Navigation analytics, when enabled and lawfully permitted, use destination and interaction names only and never include sensitive query parameters or personal identifiers.

Authentication boundaries

Staff and customer authentication takes place only at the configured destination using that service’s legitimate identity flow.
